Organic Ezekiel Sourdough

Deeply nourishing and full of character, our Organic Ezekiel Sourdough is made with in-house stone-milled whole-grain spelt flour and a traditional blend of stone-milled whole grains and legumes, then slowly fermented for depth and digestibility. This loaf has a hearty, satisfying structure—heavier than most whole-grain breads, yet lighter than rye—with a rich, complex flavour. A robust and grounding sourdough, and one of our personal favourites.
