Our Organic Whole Grain Kamut flour is a true 100% whole grain flour, milled fresh in-house on our traditional stone mill from certified organic Khorasan wheat. Because the entire kernel is used — bran, germ, and endosperm — the flour retains its complete nutritional value and natural character.

How It’s Grown

Kamut (Khorasan wheat) is an ancient wheat variety cultivated using certified organic farming practices. It is grown without synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers, allowing the grain to mature naturally in mineral-rich soil. This slower, traditional cultivation supports soil health, biodiversity, and preserves the integrity of the grain.

Unlike many modern wheat varieties that have been extensively hybridized, Kamut retains its original characteristics — including its large golden kernels, rich flavour, and strong nutritional structure.

Freshly Stone-Milled In-House

We mill our Kamut flour in small batches on our stone mill to ensure freshness and full nutritional integrity. Stone milling gently grinds the whole grain at low temperatures, preserving natural oils, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes that can be diminished in industrial roller milling.
