Wholesome and full of texture, our Organic Whole Wheat Multiseed Sourdough is made with organic whole-grain wheat and spelt milled fresh in-house on our stone mill, then slow fermented for depth of flavour and digestibility. Studded with pumpkin, sunflower, and flax seeds, plus oat flakes, this naturally high-fibre loaf is lighter in character and ideal for toast, everyday slices, and sandwiches.
